i had suncom a few years ago (not by choice, as a result of that at&t thing). it was terrible. i moved to atlanta, and i couldn't get any incoming calls. i called them and told them that their service does not work nationwide, and they told me too bad, because i had moved out of their service area. they wouldn't let me out of my contract either, even though it was their service that didn't work. i ended up paying the early termination fee. i don't know if that has changed since i left them, but i still think that suncom sucks dick.

OMG! That is what effing happened to me. The whole at&t to suncom to cingular to at&t. They don't have service everywhere. They told me and my husband a few times that bc they are not AT ALL in PA that we could get out of the early termination fee. They are lying sons of bitches! So we go two years thinking it was all taken care of but then come to find out the credit bureau calls and it was bc of those assholes. They swore up and down they tried to get in touch with us and that for fucks sake never happened. We ended up paying $550.
