i gots good fingernails. I used to bite mine bad and i've never thought about it until now but maybe, like you, the braces helped me quit. But then i got into a habit of clipping them daily but that has stopped too. now they are normal, healthy, and groomed nicely.


my big toenail is brittle in the corners though, don't know what gives. [no fungus]
