my wife and I are going to bake some cookies for stocking stuffers but this afternoon I cooked a sliced ham. I don't know how it will turn out, but I put a layer of potatoes in the bottom of a roasting pan with a little water and put thick ham slices on top of it with rosemary and fresh pineapple between each layer. it's cooking covered up in the oven right now. maybe it will be good.
