as for your charges, i dont know how florida works... but in NC you can take a first offenders drug class for either alcohol, less than a certain amount of pot, or less than a gram of cocaine (wild, i know). a good lawyer can pull off getting the pot dropped and getting you into the class for the coke. that is, if youve never been caught before and used the 90-96 stuff

i would imagine florida has something similar, just because of all the cocaine down there, and the jails would be full of the bottom rungs of the supply chain if they didnt. lawyer up and you'll stay out of jail and felony land. just keep some money aside cause probation is expensive and full of hidden costs.
