This is going to make me sound stupid but I recently bought The Orange Box for PC and when I was installing the disk I couldn't find the key code anywhere inside or outside the box. I might be missing something but if others have bought this game for PC where has the key code been on your box?

nope there was nothing in my box just the CD's and nothing under them

Try to exchange it at whatever store you bought it.

There should be a quick reference sheet on the inside of the case. On one side, it lists the basic keyboard controls for Portal, HL2, and TF2 and on the other it should have the case. Sounds like they just forgot to pack one into that box, so just exchange it.
