I'm trying to recover my xbox live gamertag on my 360 but when i enter my email and password for my gamertag i get "Xbox Live signup is currently unavailable" error message. Any idea what is wrong or how to go about fixing it.

I think some of the XBL servers are down right now, it's been slow and flaky all day for me.

i show up to my building today, theres like three cars when there's usually 300.

i suggest you retry your XBox sometime after Jan 2.

I tried to recover mine today and got the same error. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon.
