I freakin called my stylist the week of January 9th... he was out. He called back the next week, apologizing, saying he was sick. I scheduled an appointment for the 24th. He canceled that morning (it was supposed to be a 10am appointment) because he was sick and after the doctor's office. And still hasn't called back... Stop being sick, plz!
