That way its harder to eat unless you're really hungry

nah, it's a bet.

two parties with set goal points, first to get there in a legit means takes it.

however, documentation of diet, exercise, and incremental loss is required such that someone doesn't just starve and dehydrate to the point of winning... that'd be cheating.


also, the cocaine and cigarette diet is out too
