Kansas City, Missouri has a nice bar scene. All of the good bars (including Kelly's Westport Inn:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kelly%27s_Westport_Inn) are in Westporthttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westport,_Kansas_City. They also have strip clubs downtown and hotels are fairly cheap.

Rent some convertibles and a cabin in the mountains. Then get a keg and some burger making supplies from Sam's club.

I have done something similar with a few motorcycle clubs and it's always a fun time. Crazy nice cabin with a hot tub was under $40 a person per night.
