i was thinking about this last night as I fixed the cold start fast idle system that the previous owner had removed from my rx-7... are there any mods you did that you wish you had just left stock? Bad sounding exhaust, ugly wheels, ebay turbo, etc? Any hackjob installs you did that make you cringe? I know I've got a couple...

a picture of a monster truck with its transport tires on comes to mind...

Eagle SIR rods(I-beam), then getting more serious about the build...great resto/stock replacement rods but ppl say they really start shitting the bed above 500hp

guess ill have to ditch weight and tune the chassis to get what i want

I regret that I spent $250 on a head unit and only $150 on the speakers.

I could've spent less on a head unit, more on the speakers, and had something that wouldn't look theft-worthy that sounds fucking amazing.

Oh well, it sounds pretty damn good as is, and I've got a neat toy of a head unit to play with in traffic... That is, WHILE in traffic in my car (not play in traffic as in "go play in traffic, dumbass").

I still love the project, and the car, but I wish I had a running project car. (if it isn't one thing it's another)
