University Village (formerly Melrose Apartments) is pimped out compared to UWoods now. Having lived in both I feel qualified to make this assessment. Plus they raised the rent by $TEXAS at UVillage and managed to get rid of most of the sketch people that were left over from the Melrose days.

i haven't been to lake park so i can't really say, but this place isn't bad at all.

my place has greatcarpet, no stains and what not, a mad nice clean kitchen, clean bath/bedroom, don't smell funnny. place is nice.


no one has been in this suite for the past 2 semesters, so that may have somethin to do with it.

i mean, if you mean havin decorative pillars and marble bathrooms and shit like that, then no, i don't have shit like that in my apartment. but as far as cleanliness goes, this place is god damn clean.
