i'm trying to do data entry and i've not done it in my new laptop before and my old laptops 'g'/'h' key are fucked plus delete

my new laptop is vista, and my old is xp...all the pdf files i open are coming up "image not available"...



whats the deal? i bet if ihad my old laptop right now it would be working...

do you have the latest version of adobe acrobat reader installed?
