http://www.bitsoup.org is opening signups at 12:00am EST for the first 5k. About 8000 torrents and everything is well seeded after a week being up. Users can upload at the "Power User" level. Accounts are not deleted if you have a low ratio.  1/11/2008 10:22:37 PM
