I liked Herb and wanted him to stay because I think he is a very good coach... now that I said that, it was never going to work here. He was unwilling to make certain changes and our fanbase, simply put, didn't like him... not to mention he learned from his mistakes here and he is a better coach now because of it. Maybe if we got him at this age instead of when he was so young things may have been different.

I'm not pining for him to come back... and it does us no good for anyone to do that. I'm glad he is doing well, but I don't see it as any reflection on us or our fans...

yeah, I totally called this shit last year when I said Manning was a great QB whether or not he won a Super Bowl... everyone claimed he wasn't because he hadn't won one, and that once he did that it would be enough, and I said "when he wins one, people will say he needs to win 2, then that wont be enough, he needs 3 etc. and so on and so on"

they said he couldnt lead a comeback but then he had the greatest one ever against Tampa Bay a few years ago and people forget that now, people just love to hate good people.

yes, i think he could do better. he's doing better with less in a comparable conference.

we were more then just a 3 point shooting team. we were a better passing team...which is something we don't do anymore.
