Why do people in the Southeast get so freaked out by snow that is equivalent to rain? I guess there are people that do not know how to drive in rain and who in their right mind thought this snow was going to stick with temps in the mid 40's.
I understand the whole ice scare but if the road people go ahead and put down salt on the "snowy" roads in 40 degree weather I am willing to bet there will be no ice over night or the next day.
