It's supposed to be viewed (or it was when the graphic was designed) so that it says God bless the USA in the bottom corner on one side and has a bible verse somebody liked on the other. It just wraps around so they're side by side and you go "wait, it says God bless the USA in the bible?".

And I totally know you know this, I'm just saying it 'cause 'CAUSE...

No, it's not set off with the leading hyphen or anything to indicate that it's a quote, but it's exactly the same on the onion ring pacage as well. It's clearly not a printing error, just poor package design. "GOD BLESS THE USA" in red and then one double space below it is "Galatians 6:10" in black.
