ive always loved 'youd prefer an anstronaut' but i gotta say 'stars' always reminds me of a smashing pumpkins song stuck somewhere between 'gish' and 'Siamese Dream'. not that it makes me like it any less. nothing wrong with being influenced by the pumpkins

and furthermore, hopesfall's 2 biggest influences were Hum and the Smashing Pumpkins

I remember vividly the first time I saw the Cadillac commercials with "Stars" playing.

I wanted to call about everyone and be all like "FUCKING CADILLAC IS PLAYING HUM HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT"...but then realized that no one I could call would care.

But really, I watch those commercials every time they come on. Every time. Fucking love that song.
