After I read this article I immediately wondered who the hell has 2.5 million worth of data and does not have it backed up off site?

I mean if she could just sneak in after hours and destroy every bit of work the company had ever done what would a flood, tornado, etc. do?

yeah we do tape backups but i also have all our shit offsite on some external HDDs

it would be a pain in the ass to restore it but it would be doable

This firm would have these files backed up in many different places. The principle would have a copy at home or in a deposit box. Granted, the recent work would be down the shitter.
