At least it has a 15 day refund

I've never seen all open box before.

I had a friend who RMAed his motherboard and forgot to take the RAM out when he sent it back. He was bummed, but figured that it was lost so he went and bought two more sticks. The next day he got a FedEx envelope with his RAM that he left in the motherboard inside.
