i know wachovia lets you cash a third party check if the person cashing it has an account there...one time superchevy signed a check to me and like i cashed it or something...superchevy was like "this way i dont have to pay a fee"

the only way they'd KNOW it won't bounce is if its drawn on a wachovia account. otherwise, if if comes back from, say, bank of america, as NSF, then your account will be held responsible. i'd do this for a friend, but not for a random twwer for 18 bucks. not without some kind of collateral.

not saying the guy is a scammer, but 18 bucks isn't worth the risk at all.
