so i call The Children's Clinic in wilmington (the awesome place i went to when i was a kid... but haven't been there since i was like 10)

"um, yeah, i was a patient of yours like... 10 years ago... and i need documentation that i had varicella"

apparently my chart is in some warehouse somewhere
