Dude comes over that has no cell phone and no car. Tells me for 5 days he is bringing the rent money in cash, never brings it. Calls from a private number and does not leave any messages then gets pissed that I don't call him back. Then gets pissed when I rent the room to someone else.

dont be like my coworker who cant do anything without her daddy's blessing(she is 39) He wouldnt let her rent a room from a guy....I am like, you are no longer 18....(i was thinking that). She then proceeding to tell me that he helped her get an apartment instead, which is way too expensive for what she makes.
