Comic-Con is a professionally run convention while Dragon*Con is a fan run convention. D*C's paid staff is minimal. Been to Comic-Con (as a dealer) and it blew. I would not go back.


If anyone is seriously planning to go to Dragon*Con, you need to get your shit together now. It can be very expensive. You can do it cheaper but it still requires $$. At least one of the host hotels is already full.
