It was not clear if she would face any charges, but the child was released to her care, according to The Florida Times-Union. Williams said she didn't know why the child wasn't restrained. In a purse belonging to Williams, a deputy also found two metal pipes commonly used to smoke drugs, authorities said. Williams refused to take a breath test, the report said."

i usually buckle up 6 pack bottles in the passenger seat if i am driving the e30, fyi two six packs fit perfectly buckled into the old sport seats
