despite the gov't propraganda does China really qualify as a communist state??

From what i have heard recently certain aspects of their economy is more pure capitalistic then parts of our mixed economy.

Although like the term turrrists; words like COMMIESSSS help us hate china.

If you don't want the money, give it to charity or the IRS.

I would spend it on war bonds if the government were smart enough to issue them.

bills/loans/bank the rest of it

and if this prompts anyone to spend more money at the small business i work for, we will then use it to pay bills/bank it to save for a rainy day.

The term I've heard the most to describe them is "state-controlled capitalism".

Not be dead.

I think I'm going to burn my rebate, you know, like a draft card to protest drafting my wallet 20 years from now to pay back the interest on this check.

Not really, I'll invest it . . . screw consumption.

http://www.house.gov/jct/x-16-08.pdf

Quote :
"The amount of the credit (i.e., the sum of the amounts of the basic credit and the
qualifying child credit) is phased out at a rate of five percent of adjusted gross income above
certain income levels. The beginning point of this phase-out range is $75,000 of adjusted gross
income ($150,000 in the case of joint returns)."

Let’s suppose I’m an individual with an AGI of $85K. So my rebate would be reduced by 5% of $10K, or $500, for a net rebate of $100. At AGI of $87K, the rebate is zero.

Damn, I'm glad I'm married and have a kid, or i'd be screwed.
