there is an inverse relationship between how important they make a tip seem and how much tip i actually leave.

if i'm eatin somewhere and the waiter/waitress is chill and exchanges some jokes and gets involved in some of our convos and doesn't bring up the tip (they usually don't when they get involved), i leave a huge ass tip.


if i'm eatin somewhere and the waiter/waitress is "conservative" and brings up the tip somehow, i don't leave a very good tip.
