i didn't come up with anything, but I also am not religious so I would feel no pressure to keep up with what ever I did... I guess I could say I give up fast food, but that won't be too hard for me to do as I rarely eat it anyway

I'm pretty much a Diet Cokehead, and with access to free sodas all day, i normally pound 6-10 diet cokes a day.

So far, I've been able to replace it with bottled water, and supplement that with more coffee to meet my caffeine requirements.

I tried beer one year during college, and i failed miserably. I could do it pretty easily now. I rarely drink anymore.

If free soda were available to me I'd be almost at that level. Without, I probably average between 3 and 6 caffeinated drinks per day.

the past few years I have cut down on soda's....the only sodas i usually drink are Sprite or Serra Mist. Of course, we I go to fastfood or something like that I usually get it, but usually just do a half a cup. I usually go to Wally world and bottled water and now I even take a bottle when I go to the fastfood joints.
