so i heard alot of barking near my house (enterprise st.) and go out to see an rpd car blocking the road at 2am, female cop w/ k9 pounding on the door at clyde croom's optometry practice (hope st/enterprise). i can only guess it was a b/e of some sort? anybody seen anything about this?
