I don't think anyone here cooks breakfast on a regular basis except for ladies and homos

I have a banana and a coke zero

I bring an apple in as well, and sometimes I'll have that along with the banana

but sometimes I'll save it for later

I usually just eat a kashi bar or a "smooshed fruit" bar for breakfast during the week, but I love to make real breakfast on the weekends. My favorite recipe (for 2+ people ):

1/2 to 1 package of fresh hash browns (Simply Potatoes is good)
sausage or bacon
2-3 eggs
few tbsp. peanut or olive oil
salt
paprika, if desired

Fry the hashbrowns in the oil in a large skillet until they are brown and crispy. Cook the sausage or bacon at the same time. When both are done, mix together in the large skillet. At this point, add the eggs and salt and scatter (as if making scrambled eggs) until the eggs are cooked. Add some paprika if you're into that. Yum.

I thought about it, and I think you might desire a simpler, more time conserving breakfast for the weekday... try my "ghetto bagel sammich":

one or two eggs
cheese slice
mini bagel

crack the egg(s) into a greased wide-bottomed coffee cup (scramble or not - your choice). Stick that sucker in the microwave for a minute or so (with a paper towel over the top) until the eggs are cooked through. When you slide it out, it will be just the right size and shape for a mini bagel. Add cheese and profit.

omelets are good... you can do most of the prep the morning before too!
cut up your vegetables and put them in a container (blanch the ones that have to be blanched, like carrots or potatoes - maybe microwave them)... shred cheese if you want it

you can even whisk the eggs and some milk together and put them in the fridge

then take all of that out and put it together

I'm not going to tell you how to make a perfect omelet because google has that well covered

throw some fresh fruit in the mix there

have an orange or some pineapple in the morning

oatmeal is also pretty good

home fries are easy if you eat baked potatoes for dinner the night before, bake a couple extra

I guess that's why I always ask the girl if she wants any eggs, when I make breakfast, eh?
