internet, email and aim would suggest some type of internet/exchange problems in your office

bb messenger sounds like a blackberry network problem as i've been able to send/receive BB messages before with no internet or email

when all else fails, restart all your servers (in the correct order obviously)

but like i said, i personally havnet had any BES/RIM issues today, fwiw

Steps to getting service from sprint

1) call
2) negotiate the automated menus that are supposed to get you to the right department
3) answer all security questions
4) be told you are at the wrong department
5) get transferred
6) answer all security questions
7) get another department that is for the opposite of the technology you have if you need sprint you will get nextel, if you need nextel you will get sprint. (kind of makes you wonder what the point of entering your number first thing if it does not even rout you to the right dept)
8) get transferred again
9) sit on hold forever
10) post in your whine and bitch on tww thread while waiting

At least the sprint bb support people really know their stuff, so whenever you get to talk to them, it'll probably be fixed.

when you say INTERNET and EMAIL are down, do you mean you're not even getting internet or email at your office, or just on the blackberries? i'm guessing just on the BBs cause if not I'm sure you've already called your ISP and asked them wtf was going on

I had to go to options, mobile network, menu, & start provisioning. I guess something got messed up overnight last night because my phone powers itself off from 1am to 9am. When the phone turned back on this morning the data services never connected.

Then everything came through/sent.
