you might want to be a bit flexible with the processor, as 1.) you're probably not going to find that exact processor around here and 2.) your mobo can handle other procs - likely MOST LGA775 chips - and you could do better

It is a dell OEM mobo, technically support up to 3.0Ghz, since dell always use crappy cooling system, I am a little bit conservative about the CPUs it can support, 2.6GHz or 2.4 may be OK too.
