on my honeymoon to Charleston, we ate at the very premier Charleston Grill, and my wife ordered diver scallops on a bed of lobster risotto...

Scallops have always freaked me out. They look too much like marshmallows.

^^^^ i like it...a bit chewier than scallops, but not so much as octopus or squid...best conch i ever had was at a place called pappas in tarpon springs, but the family no longer owns the place and it sucks
