Dagreenone's take on his favorite VPs

#1 Aaron Burr - He Fucking killed a guy. The secretary of treasury, Alexander Hamilton (10 dollar bill guy) in a duel.

#2 Richard Mentor Johnson - He likes him some slave women, when at the time it was highly inappropriate. aka he liked some chocolate.
Quote :
"Family tradition holds that Johnson broke off an early engagement because of his mother's contention that his bride-to-be was not worthy of the family.[2] Johnson vowed revenge for his mother's interference, and when his father died, he began a long-term relationship with Julia Chinn, a family slave left to him by his father.[7] Chinn was a light-skinned octoroon; nevertheless, the law considered her a Negro and prevented Johnson from marrying her.[8] Throughout his career, Johnson treated Chinn as his common law wife.[8] When Johnson was away from his Kentucky estate, Chinn was given free rein over his business affairs.[2]

Johnson and Chinn had two daughters, Adaline Chinn Johnson and Imogene Chinn Johnson.Johnson saw to it that both girls were provided an education. Both daughters married white men, whereupon Johnson gave them large tracts of land from his own holdings.[6] The daughters apparently integrated into white society, as they were allowed to inherit Johnson's estate upon his death.[1]

Julia Chinn died in an outbreak of cholera in the summer of 1833. Following his wife's death, Johnson engaged in a relationship with another family slave. When she ran off with another man, Johnson had her captured and sold her at auction. He then began a relationship with her sister. "

#3 Schuyler Colfax He died from walking in -30°F weather to Omaha rail station in Mankato, Minnesota. Five minutes after arriving, he dropped dead of a heart attack brought on by extreme cold and exhaustion.

#4 Spiro Agnew - Had to resign from office due to tax tax evasion and money laundering.

#5 Dick Cheney - Shot one of his hunting buddies, Harry Whittington, a 78-year-old Texas attorney, in the face, neck, and upper torso with birdshot pellets while quail hunting on a southern Texas ranch.

cheney also had the guy he shot apologize for getting shot. Cheney didn't apologize for shooting the guy, the guy fucking apologized for getting shot. If you instill that much fear, you're a badass/assbag.

Lloyd Bentsen would have beaten all of those guys if Dukakis had won.

Quote :
"he served in the United States Army Air Corps from 1942 to 1945. After brief service as a private in intelligence work in Brazil, he became a pilot and in early 1944 began flying World War II combat missions in B-24s from southern Italy with the 449th Bomb Group. At the age of 23, he was promoted to the rank of major and given command of a squadron of 600 men, overseeing the operations of 15 bombers, their crews, and maintenance units.

In 15 months of combat, Bentsen flew 35 missions against many highly defended targets including the Ploesti oil fields in Romania, which were critical to the Nazi war production. The 15th Air Force, to which the 449th Bomb Group was assigned, is credited with destroying all of the petroleum production within its range, which equated to about half of Germany's sources of fuel on the continent. Major Bentsen's unit also flew against communications centers, aircraft factories and industrial targets in Germany, Italy, Austria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. Bentsen participated in bombing raids in support of the Anzio campaign and flew bombers against hard targets in preparation for the landing in southern France.

Bentsen was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, one of the Army Air Corps' and now the Air Force's highest commendations for achievement or heroism in flight. In addition to the Distinguished Flying Cross, Bentsen was awarded the Air Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters. The Air Medal and each subsequent cluster award were awarded for completing specific numbers of combat missions. Before completing his military service, he was promoted to the rank of Colonel in the Air Force Reserve.
"

Also his verbal undressing of Dan Quayle in the '88 VP debate was classic.

yeah, and neither did video recorders. Besides, it's not like there is technology to convert those to youtube format.

[sorry dagreenone, I would have said the same thing to any other user. ]

Aaron Burr, he challenged Alexander Hamilton to a duel for swinging his support against Burr when the presidancy was decided by congress. After Hamilton missed on purpose Burr fired a perfect shot. Second place in this election was made the vice president and after killing Hamilton and running to Texas he returned like nothing happened to precide over the next senate session
