$7.84 is still $7.84. if someone is going anyway, it's $7.84 off of the expensive ass clothes there. it's a couple of packs of cigarettes, a couple of gallons of gas, 7 items on a 99 cent menu, or $7.84 in crack money. stop bitching, it's selling something for less than it is worth.

reasons why i will not use an express gift card:
- i think their clothes are overpriced.
- the quality does not impress me.
- they don't even make anything in my size.
- the store is the absolute opposite of my preferred style of clothing.
- i go to the mall maybe 3 times a year, usually to return shit.
