i hear these are low maintenance, and i like my pets like i like my women...low maintenance...if you have a cage that would be helpful...i worked with an animal science dude who said you dont need no light....just get a desk lamp and aim it at them...anyways, would like a gecko...i think puppy told me they are like 10 dollar sometime 2/18/2008 4:18:38 PM |

they do need special lights, desk light don't cut it. Maybe that works for some species. Different species have different needs. yes, I might have said that. I got 2 for 10 at the exotic animal expo. I sold the entire setup to a wolfwebber. Each species is going to be different. You should read more about geckos and decide what kind you want and then go to the expo (I think its in April or May)
get a betta fish if you want low maintenance. You have to buy crickets every week for them, and keep the cage at the right temperature/humidity for that certain animal. 2/18/2008 5:09:02 PM |

hey. i have a whole set up for this that you can have for super cheap my gecko died and then i put the cage outside because i was going to clean it but then i forgot and it rained and it filled up with water. SO, it needs to be cleaned pretty good, and needs more sand. but if you want it, it's yours 2/19/2008 9:29:54 AM |
