I made a tuna melt the other nnight. I made a tuna salad that consisted of tuna, balsalmic, onion, red and green peppers, and red pepper flakes. Topped it w/ fat free moz., used whole wheat, and baked it in the oven. It was mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I took my bf to this new restaurant my friend works at and we got free unlimited seafood tonight Ate like 2.5 lbs of shrimp + crab + oysters + sides. Yummmmmmm
