but it would probably be a good idea to get a pair of studs just to have on hand in case this happens again. You can get them anywhere they pierce ears. they have a sharp point so you can repierce the hole if it starts to close up

I have the same style but in gold and I lost one too. I ended up just buying a new one instead of replacing the ball. I leave mine out for weeks at a time and it hasn't closed up. You may have to stretch it a little when you put it back in though.

I replaced it with a cheap one from one of the kiosks in the mall for like $10

put a piece of tape on the end or something so it won't slide out. or push the earring all the way through to the side that still has the ball on it so if it were to slide some it would have to slide a lot to fall out
