I got a ticket tonight for running a stop sign, however the cop didn't mark what the offense was nor did he put any information about where to pay the fine. This seems to be an easy "get off easy". Anyone else had similar experiences. 2/22/2008 11:27:37 PM |

The DA will throw out the ticket. Just show up. Don't worry. 2/22/2008 11:41:11 PM |

You better call a lawyer and see what they say. A decent lawyer will tell you straight up whether or not you need a lawyer or if you should just go to court. 2/23/2008 2:10:23 AM |

get a lawyer. Over the summer, I saw several stop sign tickets take a while to iron out. 2/25/2008 12:47:53 PM |

No they can and will ammend the ticket in court, the whole he didn't put everything on the ticket right, I bet I can get off is a myth. Also, you have a court date in room 2A so I would look it up online if he really didn't put the date somewhere on the ticket. James Crouch is the best if you decide to get an attorney.
