Anyone know what campus security guards police are doing by the belltower? Cop cars are blocking off the little pay lot and cops are stationed by the sidewalks. Nobody is allowed near it.

i got one more pic from the first vantage point...dont know if it would come in any better...here is the deal...so i get in the lab right and its like this guy knows i'm there to take pics of him...so he immediately gets up to pack his bags...i'm like shit...plus even on silent my phone makes the camera noise...so i go outside to act like i'm making a call...he is right at the door when i take it...didnt know where i'm aiming it(why you can only see his head basically....after that i just kinda acted like i was walking and snapped a few...had a red nike hoodie on...prolly weight a couple dollar bucks and some change
