In other words, Bigman157, here in America we are innocent until proven guilty. Since the first time I heard about this I proclaimed my innocence. Even though I was arrested and charged with a felony and had to post a 15000 dollar secured bond, I was still considered innocent. When the court officially decided that I was not guilty of the crime and decided to drop the charge against me, it confirmed what I said all along....

That I had nothing to do with it, and I have no idea. So I really can't answer your question...

because even though police, news agencies, and DUMBASS WIKIPEDIA have implied otherwise, I've never gained unauthorized access to a government computer... so I couldn't answer your question cause I have no experience with that kind of thing.
