I'm currently using dokuwiki but it lacks one feature I would like to have. Basically, I want to have one page with a notes section. The primary section would be viewable by the public and the notes would only be seen/edited by specific users/groups. I could add a separate, restricted notes page but that would become cumbersome as the wiki grows.

Does anyone know of a wiki/CMS that supports this kind of feature? I wouldn't mind if the feature is added via a plugin.
