We're moving out of our place in Champion Court, and would like to help our landlord find new tenants. It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath two-story townhouse; all three bedrooms are upstairs with a master/bath, two smaller rooms that share a bathroom, and a half bath downstairs. Washer/dryer, disposal, dishwasher included.
Located right between main campus and Centennial, easy walking distance to either. The neighborhood is very quiet and laid back, kindof an oasis in the middle of the college area. Right across the street from Mission Valley, really a great location for students or "college kids."
VERY spacious, huge livingroom, large kitchen, and nice dining area, with a white-picket-fenced back patio and a front stoop (for smokin out of the rain or whathaveyou). The rooms are decent sized, and the master is HUGE. The place was built in the '70s but it's in good shape and all appliances are in good working order.
The landlord is very personable, professional, attentive, and quick to fix any problems. Wish he managed more than just this property!
Best of all, rent is CHEAP. Not saying this will be your rent specifically, these things tend to rise with time, but for two years ours was 825/month including trash and water, so split with 3 people it's 275 each. After writing all this I'm not really sure I want to move anymore, but I guess it's time for bigger and better things.
Anyway, PM me or respond here with any questions!

I'm pretty sure he doesn't allow pets (cats or dogs anyway, we've had all kinds of reptiles though), but that may be negotiable. He's a pretty easygoing guy.
Our lease ends May 1st, so we'll be moving out before that 3/3/2008 6:11:02 PM |
