I lived at The Oaks at Weston on Weston Pkwy and 54, it was nice. It was nice.

Legends at Preston (Morrisville Pkwy) was pretty nice. Solid walls, decent community, etc.

Huntington Athletic Club (Morrisville Pkwy) was slightly more ghetto, but cheaper. And ghetto in Morrisville was still pretty decent.

I lived at The Oaks at Weston...it was nice, they got stuff repaired pretty easily...I think I paid 800 for a 2 bedroom at the time.

My exbf lives at the Legends at Preston, I think. He has a 1 bedroom w/ a garage for about 700 I think... It was nice too, but the one time I visited it did have a bit of a garage smell to it since the apt is over the garages. Also, his bedroom is over his neighbor's garage, not his own, so he hears them whenever they open the garage.

Vista at the park off 55 is new and they were offering good discounts since it is a new community, has garages, lots of ammenities etc. The floorplans seemed spacious.

The Legends at Preston's walls are almost paper thin. I could hear complete conversations being held upstairs, downstairs, and on my bedroom wall. That is one of the biggest complaints as well on http://www.apartmentratings.com.

The scenery is beautiful though. Also, keep in mind that it's close to the airport, so you'll hear planes flying overhead, daily.

i also lived at the oaks at weston...nice place to live, def enjoyed it. me and a roommate paid 810 i think for a 2 bedroom. only thing i could even think to complain about would be the time it takes to get to 40 in the morning, but its not even really that bad

i live in colonial grand right off the page rd. exit on 40. it's been pretty much the perfect place for me. affordable rent and very little in the way of problems. the staff is kind of lazy but everything works for the most part so i dont care. pm if you have any specific questions for me.
