It is pure sugar. Fufu berry is good, and I like the blue lemonade, whatever the flavor is called. Apple makes a good mixer.

i had a can of berry lemonade today. i have maybe 1 can a week (bought a 12 pack several weeks ago on impulse), otherwise i might die of diabeetus.
