god damn i went into the storage area today, hoping to find these old walkie talkie things that someone told me i could find there. but all i found were spiders and dust. i had on almost white khakis and a yellow polo. dumbest idea ever to go into storage dressed like that.

great story huh

2 good ways to kill many invading bugs:

Place granules of diatomaceous earth along base board of room they're invading or into cracks they're coming in from. the shit kills most bugs- particularly moisture loving ones like earwings. Also, you can plug gaps in baseboards and in window sills with tobacco (dip works best.) it's what I use the free samples from the beer festival for. the high levels of nicotine in that shit kills those suckers and the moisture attracts them to eat it in the first place.

Also, simply pour large amounts of salt into the baseboard cracks or sweep it into the edge between the carpet and baseboard along the edge of a room (works best if behind furniture so it's out of sight. this is what I did when I lived in a place that got invaded by slugs every couple months. fucking slugs deserve my room if they felt like sending a legion of slugs to dissolve a path with their own slug guts.
