Sonic has pretty good milkshakes and milkshake-like items.

[Edited on March 12, 2008 at 1:07 AM. Reason : Holy shit if my car wasn't a 15 minute walk from me I'd totally drive to cookout right now.]

^Agreed, excellent shakes. And great other stuff, too.

But do we have one of those anywhere vaguely near campus/raleigh?

cook out milkshakes suck. its like frozen yogurt in a cup that you cant drink. if i wanted fucking ice cream to drink with a spoon i would have fucking not gotten a milkshake. i like chick-fil-a's to be honest.. and steak and shakes, and i think arby's but i could be wrong.

^^but it's DELICIOUS ice-cream-with-a-spoon. Who cares if something isn't the food it's advertised if it still tastes great? For example, I'll never understand why people complain about Taco Bell not being real Mexican food... who gives a fuck? Real or not, it tastes good.

Anyway, Cookout Vanilla w/Oreo milkshake... GOOD GOD I WISH I HAD MY CAR!!!!

Places like Cold Stone and Marble Slab of course have great milkshakes.

But you're gonna pay like $5.

Sometimes hardees has good milkshakes, depending on what ice cream they have. My hometown hardees recently switched from having 8 different kinds of Hershey's ice cream (awesome shakes) to having just vanilla and squirt bottles of chocolate and strawberry (terrible milkshakes).

Uhh, I know there's one in Boone, I think there might be one at South Point mall, that's all I know.

It's basically the same as Cold Stone
