one of my favorite past times...
Once, in 1st grade, this girl in my class told me she was flying in an airplane and opened the window and touched a cloud....AND SAID IT FELT FLUFFY....that lying piece of shit

Actually every few weeks I'll see a cloud formation that's pretty awesome in shape or color and wish I had my damn camera. Then I start thinking about how much nature is underappreciated cause we can't enjoy it forever. Then I get thinking about how one day I'll be dead. It's a vicious cycle.
BUT I LOVE ME SOME CLOUDS

there were some pretty altocumulus clouds the other day...tried to get a good picture, but failed miserably.
I was so taken by them that I failed to yield at the roundabout to a wolfline bus...oooooooooooops
But here's the best of what I could get

it was way different than i thought the arctic circle would be like...and those clouds were pretty cool (they happened about once a week like that)...that particular picture was taken at about 7am (during the summer, the sun never really sets, so 7am is about as bright as 11am or so) while we were hiking back from a glacial lake and its research station that we were doing ecology studies with...the hike was about 25km each way
it was an absolute blast...i'd love to go back5/31/2008 7:17:04 PM |
