You really don't want to go down the 'look how he developed players' road when trying to take up for Sendek.

In ten years I watched two players get dramatically better under Sendek: Melvin and Grundy. McCauley and Costner would have either been glorified screen setters or would have pissed Sendek off and not played until their senior year
