If so the mostly foreign catholic complex directly near it has been celebrating st patty's day (a big deal for real roman catholics, mass and feast wise). At midnight it became palm sunday and a holy holiday (sounds like they shot the rockets off a bit late after drinking). A lot of catholics take this seriously.
