I saw the preview for it at Doomsday, it looked alright

White masks make people scarier for some reason, from Jason to Jigsaw to those splicers in Bioshock to these guys

ohhh freaky....It seems like one of those *hold your breath* type movies where those people jump out. And i don't like that girl in the white mask swinging on the swing. Just freaks me out.
Maybe catch it on dvd if i'm in the mood for a scary movie, which i never am!

I will see this movie. It looks like the first real scary in a looooooooong time (I haven't seen "The Orphanage").

ill probably see it just for the creepy factor. most scary movies i just laugh at cause they try too hard. the shining is one of the very few movies that freaked me out just for the uneasy/weird factor. this one hopefully would have something creepy about it since its just fucked up people terrorizing the two characters rather than some silly cavepeople or nuclear wasteland/west virginia looking goons killing random folks.

4^ The Orphanage isn't a horror movie. It is a ghost story (although that may be debatable) but not really scary or horror-ish at all. At least I didn't think so. It's a pretty decent watch, but you will be disappointed if you go into it expecting "the scurry."

so i went tonight amidst the HORDES AND HORDES of sex and the city goers, my god!

so I'm sitting there by myself with my drink, foot on the rail in the 2nd row all comfy and the place starts filling up. these two girls, loud as fuck, walk around like 15 minutes into the movie "OMG ARE THERE 2 SEATS ON THIS ROW OMG ITS SO CROWDED"

so after walking up and down the stairs and yelling down the aisles, they spot the empty seats on either side of me and they make me scoot over and i end up sitting next to them. fucking nightmare.
First thing she says to me is "what's happening what's going on?!"
and then it's
"GIRL DONT YOU GO OUT THAT DOOR!"
"OMG GIRL PUT SOME SHOES ON!"
"GIRL YOU BETTER GET YOU A WEAPON!"
"WHY THE FUCK DID SHE TRIP WHAT HAPPENED"
*her cell rings* "HELLO?! HELLO! YEAH I'M IN A MOVIE, HOLE ON I CANT TALK IN HERE I'M IN A MOVIE"
"Imma need some popcorn to watch this shit, watch my purse"
various screams of terror

yeah in retrospect i should have said something but i really didn't want to get into a screaming match with two chicks in a theater

I thought it was pretty good it's a suspense make-you-jump kinda movie but not too corny. Some of the things liv tyler and the other guy do doesn't make a whole lot of sense and you're kinda like wtf are they doing?! no!! but that's kinda typical of scary movies anyway.

I actually liked how it was filmed, that was different. Has that kinda grainy look to it and some interesting arrangements and camera angles. Also the music was weird and creepy but kinda neat (on the record player).

I give it a B (going on a +/- scale).
Fun to go to and see but i won't be buying it and probably won't see it again.
